Commitment Ensures Success

This quote, when applied, can truly change your life.  It is about taking ACTION.  Just simply dreaming and imagining your success will not accomplish anything.  Of course, most good things in life begin with a dream but until that dream is acted upon nothing can be realized. 

For years I have though I would want to become a writer.  I have always had a great imagination.  I figured that when I "grew up" I would begin writing and get famous for it.  What no one told me was that I had to take the footsteps in order to make that happen.  Basically, I have learned the hard way.

When I discovered that I was not going to somehow magically become a writer, I went to college.  College gave me proper writing instruction but it also taught me perseverance and sacrifice. Without these traits one cannot become a successful writer.  I learned that until I took ACTION I could not write, I could not get paid for it. 

While I may not have written my bestselling book yet, I have found ways to get paid to write.  This gives me the practice that I need and it also gives me more time to write my future bestselling novel.  Practice is ACTION.  I understand that now.   If you read my posthttp://robynwalker.blogspot.com/2011/05/finding-time-to-write.html you will read about a few sites that I actually make real money from every month. 

Of course, you cannot just write once and expect to get rich.  You need to treat writing like a real job.  Get up every morning at 6am and put in your 8 hours of real work.  That is the ACTION that it takes.  It takes commitment and sometimes sacrifice.  Commitment ensures success but it takes ACTION.  Are you ready to become a real writer and make real money?  Make real money writing.
