DJ AM is Gone!

Drugs are just taking our young talent too often. Now DJ AM is found dead on Friday in New York City. Apparently there was drug paraphernalia nearby?

We all knew that DJ AM had done drugs in his past. He did not keep this a secret but he led everyone to believe that he has been drug free for years. It is so shocking.

He even dated many celebrities including Mandy Moore and Nicole Richie. His friends are making public statements about how shocked they are and how much they will miss him.

Many say that he has had a hard time since he almost died in a plane crash about a year ago. One of his friends says that he “has been spiraling out of control since the plane crash. He was taking so many painkillers for his injuries, he slowly got hooked on them.”

This is a blow to the many people that look up to him for overcoming his drug addictions. He had worked hard to beat the habit. Now, it is what finally took his life.

California Attorney General Launches Michael Jackson Investigation

California Attorney General Jerry Brown announced that they are starting an investigation in the death of Michael Jackson.

The LAPD apparently requested this investigation. It will be focused on the doctors that are connected to Michael Jackson.

Police have had meetings with the attorney general's representatives in the Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement. The evidence that has been found so far was discussed.

The doctors that are being investigated have not been named yet.

Michael Jackson's Death is a Homicide!

Wow! The official cause of Michael Jackson's death is that it was a homicide. This was the ruling of the Los Angeles County coroner. Criminal charges will now be filed.

Apparently the forensic tests found the anesthetic propofol and two sedatives to be the cause of his death. Dr. Conrad Murray, who was his personal physician is now the focus of a manslaughter investigation by the LA police department.

Dr. Murray was treating Michael Jackson for insomnia with fifty milligrams of propofol every night via an intravenous drip. He has said that he though Jackson was addicted to it so he started weaning him off of it. He lowered his does to 25 milligrams and added lorazepam and midazolam. When he died Dr. Murray decided not to give him the Propofol and just gave him valium and lorazepam, midazolam and then more of each throughout the night. He claims, though, that around 10:40am Jackson wanted propofol and was given 25 milligrams of it before Jackson finally fell asleep. Several minutes later is when Jackson stopped breathing.

The coroner found bed sores on Michael Jackson. He developed them following his acquittal of child molestation charges and when he went into seclusion and spent a lot of time in bed.

It is time that justice is finally served and this Dr. Murray pays for what he did to Michael Jackson. He even went so far as to tell investigators that he "found" the propofol in Jackson's house. When his home was searched it was found out that he actually purchased it legally for Jackson. Who knows what else will come out but this is just a tragedy.

I will be updating you on the progress of the investigation against Dr. Murray and the status on Jackson's burial as information surfaces.

Michael Jackson's Burial Date Changed

So poor Michael Jackson. It seems that he will never be buried. Now the official date is September 3rd. He will be buried at Glendale Forest Lawn Memorial Park. He was supposed to be buried on August 29th- his 51st birthday. There is no reason given yet as to the change in date. The ceremony is to be just close friends and family. On October 28th there will be a rehearsal video shown in theaters for 2 weeks! Tickets are to go on sale September 27th. Can't wait for that. It is going to be very interesting.

A Hectic Week!

So I haven't posted in a long time. Time to start to get back to writing! My daughter started first grade this week so things have been hectic around the house. I home school my 14 year old but he doesn't start until September 8th. He also had a birthday on the 19th. He is getting so old! We are having a party for him tomorrow. It should be great. Today is all about cleaning!!!! Will post some articles later tonight.
